We're Tina and Kristen, a sister duo who travel to you. Both of us are professionally trained in hair and makeup, so depending on your party size and timing we either tag-team your morning as a team of two or each take a wedding of our own. Either way, you get the same calm, unhurried experience - no rotating freelancers, no rushing, just two people you've met and trusted from your trial.

Getting ready at Riverwood Weddings

We've prepped for outdoor venues like this many times, arriving fully self-contained with our own chairs, lighting and stations. We'll set up wherever suits you on the property, whether that's inside the marquee before it's dressed, on a shaded deck by the river, or at your nearby accommodation around Tamborine or Sanctuary Cove. What time should hair and makeup start for a wedding at Riverwood Weddings? +
It depends on your ceremony time and party size, but for a typical Riverwood day we usually arrive around 7:30am and start on the bridal party by 8am, finishing the bride unhurried about 60-90 minutes before the ceremony. Because Riverwood is roughly 30 minutes from central Gold Coast, we always build in drive time out to Maudsland so we're set up early. Once we know your ceremony time we'll send a personalised run sheet.

Yes - we're a fully mobile service and travel to Riverwood and right across the Gold Coast hinterland, Tweed Coast and Byron Bay.
