Terms & conditions
The details behind a smooth booking. If anything's unclear, just get in touch.
Bookings & deposit
- A $50 booking deposit and a signed booking form are required to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, and paying it confirms acceptance of these terms.
- Until the deposit is received, your date remains available to other enquiries.
- The remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding date, or in cash on the day.
Final numbers & cancellations
- Final numbers must be confirmed two weeks prior to the wedding date.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the booking may incur a charge.
- We have minimum-number requirements for weekends and certain dates.
Trials
- Trials are held midweek (Monday to Thursday) at our locations and are paid at the consultation.
- A trial includes one hairstyle and one makeup application. A second look on the same day is $50 per service; a second trial on another day is charged at the full trial rate.
Travel, parking & fees
- A travel fee applies to some areas and is confirmed in your quote once the location is finalised. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
- An early-start fee may apply for start times before 6:30am. Public-holiday rates apply per the relevant state.
- Any hotel or resort parking fees are paid by the client.
Hair extensions & lashes
- Individual eyelash extensions are included in our pricing — we don't apply full strip lashes.
- Clip-in or permanent hair extensions, styling and cutting incur an extra cost. We aren't responsible for the colour of extensions and don't colour them.
Sensitivities & liability
- Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities in advance. We can't take responsibility for reactions to products where we have not been informed beforehand.
Photography
- Photos taken on the day or at trials may be used on our website and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand.
