We're Tina and Kristen, a sister duo who both trained in hair and makeup, so we arrive together as a team of two and come to you. We set up wherever you're getting ready on the estate, spread out our kit, and keep the whole morning relaxed — no driving anywhere, no salon chair before sunrise, just you, your people and the hinterland waking up around the lake.
Our style is soft, natural and skin-led — luminous rather than heavy, the kind of look that still reads as you in every photo. We build hair and makeup that glows against Coolibah's greens and holds beautifully through a long hinterland day, from the first-look photos by the water to the last dance under the marquee.
What we know about getting ready at Coolibah Downs
Coolibah Downs is an exclusive-use estate with on-site accommodation, so most couples get ready right there on the property rather than travelling in on the morning. That means we can set up in your own space, spread out, and you stay close to the ceremony all day. We always ask for a spot near a window so we're working in natural daylight, with a power point nearby for our tools.

What time should hair and makeup start for a Coolibah Downs wedding? +
For a mid-afternoon ceremony we usually arrive around 8am. Coolibah Downs is a large private estate with plenty of space to move between the getting-ready rooms, ceremony and reception, so we build in a relaxed buffer — finishing the bride with time for photos by the water before guests arrive. Once we know your ceremony time and party size we will send you an exact run sheet.
Do you travel to Coolibah Downs at Mount Nathan? +
Yes — we are a fully mobile team and Coolibah Downs is right in our home patch. We come to you and set up in your on-site accommodation, so there is no travelling on the morning. We cover the whole Gold Coast, hinterland, Tweed Coast and Byron Bay, and Mount Nathan is an easy, familiar trip for us.
Can you do hair and makeup for my whole bridal party at Coolibah Downs? +
