• The Chapel – A non-denominational, air-conditioned chapel at the heart of the Estate, seating up to 144 guests, with a covered garden portico alongside.
• The Atrium – An open-air courtyard with a central fountain, and the Estate’s largest outdoor space.
• The Gazebo – An open-air garden setting for your vows, framed by lush gardens and the gentle sound of fountains.
• The Waterfall Grotto – An open-air waterfall setting created especially for Shambala Estate.

The gardens also have some beautiful spots for portraits, including the Orchard, the Hedgeline and the Archway.

Reception Spaces

Beyond the gardens, Shambala Estate has two indoor reception spaces. The Galaxy Ballroom is the larger of the two, with chandeliers, a galaxy ceiling, a light-up dance floor, a stage, a bar and a fireplace. The Waterfall Pavilion is a light-filled space for smaller receptions or pre-dinner drinks, surrounded by lush rainforest.

The Estate hosts everything from intimate elopements to weddings of up to 150 guests.

As Shambala is a fully serviced venue, BYO alcohol isn’t permitted, and the team will guide you through the current beverage choices for your day.

On-Site Cottages

To make your wedding experience even more special, Shambala Estate has four private cottages on site where you and your closest guests can stay. They come with spa baths for two, wood fireplaces and balconies overlooking the surrounding rainforest, and Shambala also operates nine more cottages nearby for extra guests. An on-site cottage gives you a quiet place to get ready on the day and somewhere to return to at the end of the night. The Shambala team will confirm which cottages and nights are included in your package, along with the arrangements for getting ready, and we’ll coordinate our arrival and setup with them in advance.
